The predominantly white power-structure in Vancouver & BC continues to thwart or scale back big & dynamic possibilities.

By allowing to build big & tall, that means the region could really start to exist on a major international scale. By planning for growth would mean even more diversity for BC. However, the predominantly white power-structure is against Greater Vancouver becoming on a scale as Montreal is & especially Toronto. For the power-structure, that's a lot of non white people to accommodate in BC. That asinine mentality has to be challenged, because its preventing Canada from not only having 1 percent of the worlds population, but to not even half of a percent.
