Plaza of Nations slow redevelopment process in Vancouver, BC

Some 3 and a half decades after Expo 86, the Plaza_of_Nations is still a dead zone.

Unlike little Vancouver with all of its overpowering building size restrictions and overall imposed infrastructure limitations, Singapore is allowed to build big and tall even right by the water.
